At Celtic Dance Designs we offer a personal and friendly service.
New Designs:
- You can contact us by phone or e-mail to consult your needs. Designs and fabrics can then be discussed.
- We will send you relevant colour samples and a measuring chart.
- At this stage a deposit of 200 Euros (to cover fabric costs) will confirm your booking. We will then begin designing and creating your unique costume.
- You will be sent a temporary sample outfit to confirm accuracy of fit.
Final balance is required prior to shipment of dress.
Off the Rack / 2nd-hand Dresses:
Click on the dress you have chosen. Check all measurements to ensure a good fit. You can pay immediately through PayPal (preferred method). You can contact us directly if you do not have access to this service.
Guarantees
New dresses: We understand that purchasing dresses ‘unseen’ can be a worrying business. That is why we are happy to accept goods back for exchange, as long as they are unworn and returned in their original packaging. Please note: if the goods you received were correct, but you need to change them for another size, then you will be liable for any additional postage costs.
Second hand items are sold as seen and every effort is made to accurately describe the costume, measurements and any defects. All dresses have been personally inspected and have been deemed to meet standards of internet sale. These dresses are not new and are priced accordingly. There are no refunds offered on second hand dresses.
Return Policy
To return an item the buyer will need to notify Celtic Dance Design of their wish to return it within 7 days and the item must be returned within 14 working days. The item must be returned in the same condition as when it was received and it should be returned in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for costs of return postage.
Shipping:
Great care is taken with each dress from the moment it is designed until it arrives at your door. All dresses are carefully packed and posted. A ‘Track and Trace’ system allows the client to monitor the package until it arrives at the front door. Postal Insurance is optional. Please allow for 10-14 working day delivery from date of dispatch.
